The Elm House started as our family's weekend retreat — a 1960s bungalow sitting on a working coffee and cardamom estate in Coorg. We opened it to guests in 2019 because we felt too many people were missing what real Coorg felt like.
No swimming pools. No conference halls. Just estate walks at dawn, the smell of fresh filter coffee, birds you don't know the names of, and evenings around a bonfire with people who chose quiet over chaos.

We're 8km from Madikeri town — far enough to feel like you've escaped, close enough to explore. The drive through the estate roads is part of the experience.
